What is Home Staging?  Home Staging is preparing a home for sale by de-personalizing and making the home more appealing to potential buyers.  It  involves the pre-sale preparation of an occupied or vacant home.  Staging a home prior to listing it on the market creates great first impression on buyers and helps the property sell faster.  Staging professionals help you view your home objectively from the buyer's point of view.  Vacant homes lack warmth and is uninviting.  Because most home buyers cannot see the full potential of a home, it is important to help them visualize and see the home at it's highest potential.   

The cost of staging varies depending on factors such as, condition of the home, the square footage, and the listing price.  High end homes require more furniture and accessories in a higher price bracket, while a homes of a lesser price or square footage require less furniture and simplier accessories.  The amount you invest in staging your property will undoubtedly be less than the cost of the first price reduction of your unsold property.

What is Home Redesign?  With Home Redesign, sometimes called Interior Redesign or Home Makeover, we take your existing furniture, accessories, and art works to redesign or redecorate your home.  We try to take what you already have, revamp it, and add additional designer touches to create a more functional and beautiful space. It is the most cost effective way to redecorate. 

We offer Full Service Home Redesign or hourly consultations.  With Full Service, the designer comes out to your home and do it all for you.  If you prefer DYI, we offer hourly consultations.
