PR Designs

For whole house design projects, we offer full service design and installation for the entire project. The designer works with you to determine your design preferences, requirements, and the overall design style.  A detailed design concept including drawings and specifications is presented for your approval.  As part of the design services, the designer also provides project management to ensure the installer or contractor works within the general conformity of the design concept.  Depending on the your time frame or budget, we may work with the project in stages upon request. 

For kitchen and bathroom projects, we offer full service design and installation.  The designer works with you to determine your design preferences, requirements, and the overall design style.  She formulates a design study showing drawings of kitchen or bathroom layouts, cabinets, tile designs, lighting designs, fixtures, finishes, color schemes, and other required specifications.  Once the client finalizes the design and product selections, the designer prepares a proposal including products and labor for approval .  We work with licensed contractors to ensure quality workmanship.  Clients who wish to purchase their own products and use their own installers or contractors may chose the "design only" option.

We offer custom decorative window treatments and special order window treatments from name brand vendors.  Special order window treatments include wood blinds, woven shades, roman shades, verticals, cellular shades, shutters, and many more.  For custom window treatements, we work with a quality workroom to provide quality workmanship.  We offer wide variety of fabric selections and styles from name brand fabrics.  The designer works closely with each client to create the perfect design specifically for each window and provides fabric selections to best compliment the room and decor. 

We provide decorative services for areas that need extra furniture pieces or accessories to complete the look.  The designer evaluates the room or area and provides all necessary accessories and art works.  She even uses some of  your existing accessories or art works if they compliment the design.  The designer puts her finish touches to give the room a completed showroom quality look.

We work with Closets By Design to provide custom closets and organization systmes for those hidden areas that need extra storage and organization.  The designer establishes a design to best meet your needs and requirements. Closets By Design provides high quality products and installation. 

We offer home staging services to help prepare your home for sale.  As a licensed real estate agent with experience in real estate sales, the designer, Pey-Rong Lee Garcia, combines her design and real estate expertise to maximize your home potential and make it more marketable.  We offer full service home staging or hourly consultations.

We offer home redesign services for clients on a limited budget.  The designer rearranges your existing furniture, accessories, and art works to provide a cost effective option to revamp your home.  Great for anyone looking for a quick makeover!
